Before the holiday break, the little girl and I joined her teachers in distributing the goods that were gathered as part of the project of the school to share our blessings to the least fortunate. Our beneficiary for this year is the Pedia Ward of the Pasig General Hospital. It's a very nice experience for my daughter since she was shown the other side of the world where people do suffer and kids have to undergo pain in their life. It's an humbling experience for me to see my little girl approach the parents of the kids that are hospitalized and give them the 'goods'. There is no awkwardness in her part and she is very welcoming. I am so happy that we were given this kind of opportunity. And I do hope through this my daughter learn the lesson of sharing and giving.
