Done! Done! Done!
When it comes to Her future
Words
Two Toys
I am planning on buying her an easel as her daddy suggested because she loves to draw. In fact, my folder of her arts have now been filing up and I guess I needed some more clamps, if the plastic on the folder won't be enough. Actually it was not enough already but what I did is just put more that five paper in the plastic pages. I like how she kept on drawing what she is watching on the tv and when she sees me laying on bed and not feeling well, she would readily get a paper and draw something and would say ‘I hope this would make you feel better’. Such a sweet little girl.
And since she really has been good, I let her buy two toys. She ended up buying this.
She adores the Piny Pon every since she saw them on Cartoon Network. She kept on telling her daddy she wants one. So when she saw them at Toys R us she won’t put them down.
Then she saw this Toys Story bead. Yap, she still has not get over the gang. And I let her buy it because she really loves art. Here she is doing her creation.
One of the Reason
I hope so
Teaching her Young
As I have previously blogged we went out yesterday. But before we went to the mall, I talked to Anevay. I told her I would let her buy only two toys and that it should not be expensive. I am trying to teach her to be frugal and put value on the money that we spent. And so we went to Toys R us. She was going around the store and would just pick out something she fancy. Then, she would glance at me and say mommy is this expensive. Boy, I was one proud mommy. She chose two toys and when I was showing her something she said ‘NO mommy, I already have two!’.
When the sales lady show her something, she politely said ‘No thank you! But I already have that home!’' My, I cannot help but smile. I now know that I can speak to her and she would understand. Thank you Lord for that!
Happy, Happy Mom!

In Her Costumes
I previously blogged about my search for anevay’s Linggo ng Wika costume. Well, I have not posted any pictures of her so here it is…the kids last Thursday in their Filipina costumes.
And while waiting for the bell to ring, the kids asked me to take a picture of them. On the last picture I asked them to give me their funny faces.
The next day, they were asked to be on their chef uniform. Here in my little one.

Linggo ng Wika
Today, I did not know what they do. haha. But we are all excited to see them tomorrow in their Filipiña costume. Good thing I was able to borrow one from a mommy friend from Ingenium. Someone from Smallville was offering her daughter's costume. I decline because I just feel like borrowing it. haha. Let's see what happen tomorrow.

Drawings
I am pretty much surprised with Anevay’s development when it comes to writing and drawing. Right now she can write her name already plus the numbers from 1 to 20. And she has tremendously improved when it comes to coloring. She colors within the line already. What really struck me right now is that she can draw figures. I love it when she would do something for me when she knows I am upset or sick. Just today when I told her I am a bit tired and needs to lie down and sleep, she went to her study table and just draw. She end up giving me two piece of paper with different drawings and told me ‘I hope you feel better now’. Such a sweet child.
Here are her latest drawing. Drawn yesterday and today.
Guess who are the figures? She was watching Mickey Mouse Club House at the time she draw that.
This one also.
Then this according to her is a friend of Pororo. She said the name but I forgot. ![]()
And this she draw before she went to sleep last night. It’s the sun.
Lastly something that makes me proud. She is starting to draw complicated figures. This are from animal mechanicals. lol.
Love all these! I am collecting all the drawings, putting in the date and writing down my thoughts on the paper where she draw and then I compile them on a folder. That way she can see them when she grows old.

Nervous!
Gold Investment
Challenging Toys
The husband likes to buy the little girl toys that he thinks enhances her problem solving skills. Every time he goes home he would buy her a lot of toys. In his last vacation, he added this to the little girls collection.
She already have a similar toy like the pink one where in you built something out of the screws and buttons. This one was bought last December
Now, those are the toys that keeps her occupied. One time while I was busy working she approached me and told me she has a surprised for me. Which is this…
According to her, that’s a cake. She put in the screw to serve as candles. haha. Imaginative, eh?
The Rose
I have posted this on my Facebook account and I really cannot help but post it again here. I know my little girl is pretty and she is also friendly. She never had a hard time talking and interacting to strangers. So it’s no wonder that in school she is the favorite of her male classmates. One classmate would even follow him around the school and their room which sometimes irritate the little girl. This classmate is also jealous when Anevay would kiss a fellow classmate. haha.
Anyway, I did not know that the younger brother of Anevay’s classmate likes Anevay. The mother only told me a couple of days before the rose incident. The boy said that he likes Anevay. So, one time while their maid was cleaning, she put down an artificial rose on the floor. The little boy, D, pick it up. His mother upon seeing it said not to get it because he might just ruined it. The little boy said NO and told his mom he would bring it to school. The mom teased the boy and said that he will just give it to Anevay. Boy D, denied it and said that the rose for him only. But lo and behold when they arrived in school and he saw Anevay, he quickly handed the rose to her. hahaha. And look at my little girl’s face upon receiving it.
Planning To
Big Leap
Anevay is already familar with dots until ten. She can determine how many dots are there with just one look. So, our next task is for number to twenty. This time, she is writing the corresponding number in the box. And boy was I proud when I saw that she can write 1 to 20. Not only that she can now spell and write Anevay on her own. Oh my baby is improving.
The Bike
When we were in Kuwait, the husband bought the little girl her pink PSP. According to him that was his advance birthday gift. And we went home, he bought a Lenovo netbook ( the touch screen) and again tagged it as an advanced gift. When he went back to Kuwait, and he and the little one chat, Anevay would always asked her for a bike. She said she wanted one for her birthday. And so, bike it is!
The helmet and safety pads were birthday gift from my older sister.
Look at her smile below! Priceless.
We only used the bike in the garage since the husband said that if ever we go outside I need to asked the assistance of my older brother.

Short Hair
I am feeling a bit guilty because I accidentally cut the little girl shorter. I only planned a trim but unfortunately because she keeps on moving, the damage was done. hahaha. Though she said she love her new hair and I am finding something positive about her short hair. Less shampoo, easy to style and quick to dry but still I love her lovely curly long hair. Well, it will grow again and I hope it would be soon. Here are here pics during a birthday party of two of her classmates in school.

Closer shot…
That’s her smile for daddy. She said she’s trying to be funny for him. haha. Kulit ng mukha, noh?
Scribbles
I have cut the viewing time of Anevay again. I just let her watch when I really have to beat deadlines and I need something to distract her. But I make sure it’s for only an hour our two. I have a feeling that this affect her attention in learning. But when she is not watching tv, we play or she do stuff by herself. Most of the time she would be sitting in one of our modern sofas and would just draw. But her favorite and my favorite to is the way she cut papers and then stick them and would give them to me and say I have a surprise for you! And she would say I love you. Such a sweet child. I am really happy with her development. Now she is into drawing her concept of family. Though her daddy is most of the time away because of work, she still would picture him and include her in our family picture. Just like this.
According to her that’s daddy, mommy and Anevay. And here is her drawing of herself. Look at the eyes.

Bonding in the Rain
I am in the mood to post some pictures right now. It’s been a while since I have this idle time and even if I am a bit sleepy already I still wanted to write. I hope next week I have plenty of time to still do some serious blogging. haha. But I think after this post, I would be signing off, read one more ebook and then sleep. Tomorrow will be reviewing for the little one’s exam. And then for next week we will only be going to school on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is a disruption in my schedule but I don’t have a choice. I am not sure though if I can still go to the market because the schedule of the little girl is for only 1 and a half hour.
Anyway, enough of that. When the husband was home the weather was kinda unpredictable. Sometimes it’s hot and then it becomes gloomy and then it would rain. Working in a country where rain is not ordinary ( they have sandstorm there as an equivalent) he was always glad for the rain. And he wanted Anevay to take a bath in the rain. Unfortunately, she is scared of rain and thunder. But one time, while I was busy entertaining a guest in the house, they went outside. At first the little girl was hesitant to go but little by little daddy convinced him that it’s fun.
They were using leaves as a boat. And yes, they are on the side of the road. I was already telling the little girl to come inside but she refused. Instead they crossed the street and played there.
Until today the little girl cannot forget this moment. When it rains, she would smile and would say, ‘Daddy and I played on the rain mommy!’. I guess this simple gesture of her dad has left a special place not only in her memory but also in her heart.
4th Birthday @ Jollibee
Really I am not into party ( but I am very much interested about ssdi). I don’t like crowds and the hassle of preparations and cleaning up after the event. haha. But since the husband was coming home for the little girl’s 4th birthday I decided to throw in a simple celebration in Jollibee where I can invite friends who I have not seen for a long time. Also, I wanted the kids to enjoy. I invited some kids from the neighbor, kids from Anevay’s previous and current school and also some blogger friend. I was glad most of them came. Especially the kids and they bonded well together even if it’s their first time to see each other.
The birthday celebrant wore her pink RL dress courtesy of Faye.
When we arrived at Jollibee there were already guest. haha. As usual we’re late.
I wanted the Jollitown theme but a day before or was it early morning of the party I received a phone call from a crew that until that moment the party favors for Jollitown are not yet available. Instead of stressing about it I just told her to used anything that is available. I think the kids won’t mind. Before the party, the host approached me and told me they have promo. For an addition Php 400, Jollibee will stay for one hour. So, I took the promo since I hate it when you have to rushed to take pictures of Jollibee. haha. And he stayed. That’s why we were able to take pictures of almost all guest with him. But the problem is he is stinky! haha. The costume of the mascot needs some serious cleaning.
The party went well but I am not satisfied with the host. He seems not friendly to kids. And not lively at all. There are still some leftover food and party loots.
But all in all we had a blast. Anevay was so happy.
Look at the kids! They are having a grand time. And these are some pictures with the family.
My older brother (eldest) with my nephew and nieces. Yap, we have a small family.
With my sister in law.
My older sister. She’s the middle child and I am the youngest. Both kids are wearing RL dresses which I bought at such affordable price from Faye.
The party ended at 7pm. You could have expected the kids to be tired and all? No, their was a continuation of the party at our house. Although it was just the four girls and my nephew busying himself with the psp of Anevay. But still it was a riot. Then Anevay’s god mother (two of my childhood friends came late because they got lost..hahaha). So they went to our house.
Anevay can barely open her eyes when she was eating dinner. haha. But still the kids won’t admit that they are sleepy. They were excited in opening not only the gifts of Anevay but also the toys that the husband brought home from Kuwait. The house is in a big mess. But a welcome mess.
And from our family..Thank you very much for making Anevay’s birthday a memorable one. Thanks for the greetings!
