Let Go!

After almost three months, I told my cleaning lady yesterday not to continue working for me anymore. Over the past few weeks, she has been a headache rather than a big help to me. Maybe because I was not very vocal and have given her the free will to do what she likes when she it comes to cleaning. As if she cleaned.

Well, lately I observed that she is not doing any cleaning. She spends half of her day washing our clothes. And to think that we only have a few to be washed. She never did follow my instructions and insisted doing on what she wanted. Maybe because she is older than men. And then something that I can no longer tolerate. She gets something from inside our house without asking for my permission.

And just this morning, I discovered that she took the bottle of oil (that has still oil in it) and never told me. I did not know about it until I decided to fry the fish. Every time she goes home she would be bringing along plastic bags with stuff on it. And since I am afraid to offend her I don't check what's inside. Well, now I am glad that I did let her go! I'll just go back to doing the laundry. The cleaning, well I do it even if she is there.
