Right now, I am interested in reading the big fat duck cookbook. The book is written by Heston Blumenthal. And according to the summary that I read the book is about the author and his restaurant. How he rise and made it big to the point that his restaurant, The Fat Duck has twice been voted the Best Restaurant in the World by a peer group of top chefs. What I am looking forward is that the author shares his technique and some of his recipes. That and of course the nice photos that comes with the book.
I guess I might be able to buy it online since it is being sold at a discounted price of £93.75 in borders.co.uk.
