Time to Hire?

I feel that my health condition is at its worse ever since I went into a remission. I know its not worst that what I have experienced from 2002 - 2004 but what bothers me now is that I have a little girl who is dependent on me. Now, I am considering of hiring even just a cleaning lady who will come once a week to clean the house. That way our house will remain clean. As of this moment, it's really a great effort on my part even just to put some water on our water container. I am even had a hard time now putting the little girl into a push cart when we are in the grocery. All this I know will come to pass. I just need to keep the faith.
