Since I was done with my online task I decided that today would be a different day. Instead of spending majority of my time in front of the computer I need to move and make myself productive online.
Seems to me that my online life is dictating my offline life. Which I think is a very bad habit. I am a little bit worried that I might gain back the pounds that I have tried to shed through exercise. So before its too late I told myself to set a schedule.
Right now I am keeping my fingers crossed that I would have the discipline to balanced my online and offline task.
