I always forgot to check the document that I need to verify for the issuance of post dated check for our housing loan. Its been one year since we started paying our housing loan and fortunately we haven't meet any unforseen incident like not being able to pay the monthly fee. Now that one year is over, its time to issue another batch of PDC to Pag IBIG.
Having a house of our own has been a dream come true for us. Not to mention that the house is in an ideal location. That's why it is a little bit expensive. But definitely a good investment. Something tangible that can motivate the husband who is far away from home.
