As I said in that post, QT videos needs some parameters in order to be posted in any blogs. Either in wordpress or blogger. If you have the QT video as a file then its easier. You can just upload it using the UPLOAD A VIDEO option of BLOGGER. But if the video is hosted and you only have the URL then its a different story.
