This week has been good to me. I was able to surpass my record of 30 mins and 30 cal in my treadmill to 45 mins and 50 cal. Yeah. Though that was only yesterday but since I was able to do it I can now encourage myself to do it everday. Now I am logging all the numbers in my lupus diary.
And yes! I was able to shed off some pounds already. Way to go!
