Yap, another resignee. And he is now somewhere in one of the Asian countries. He does not want to reveal his whereabouts but he told me where he is. I was laughing on the discussion via email when he said that he can now see the light. lol! Eventhough its a joke we know for a fact that there is a ring of truth in his words.
Most of the employed Filipino today are not well compensated. And with the rapid increase in the prices today one can only look for other means to have a decent living. As reported in the news the other day, the prices of gas have increase 18 times this year and the increase is Php 16. So with this, it resulted to fare hike. From Php 8 to Php 10. The shuttle service from Marikina to Ortigas (according to my sister ) will now be Php 50 and to Makati will be Php 60. My oh my! Actually I am not really that affected since we seldom go out nowadays. lol! That's my way of saving money. I'm avoiding temptations. hehe! And headache when my budget is not met. lol.
Thinking that prices can still go up in the next few months and with an unstable economy, I was thinking who would be next to join the bandwagon of seeking employment abroad and how long would it last. Because right now as days goes by I am feeling the weight of being an OFW family. It is hard...very hard.
