18.5 or less is considered to be underweight for most peopleI was somehow shocked abou the result. I am expecting to be OVERWEIGHT but not OBESE. For me, OBESITY is a disease. So, I really need to loss weight to avoid two disease : OBESITY and HEART DISEASE.

Truth is before I learn that I fall under the OBESE category I already decided to start my WEIGHT LOSS regimen because as I have written here, I wanted to avoid anymore complication like HEART DISEASE and I wanted to live longer and be there as Anevay grows up.
I wanted to loss weight not because of vanity. I wanted to loss weight to improve my health. My last 2D echo, have a slight indication that their is something to suspect heart disease but Dr. Ino said that it might not also be an indicator. He told me to loss weight. And so because of this I am hoping that I will have the discipline to control what I am eating and not be lazy to exercise.
