My Own Equation

unhealthy eating habits + lack of exercise + lack of sleep = OBESITY!

That is simply what I have been experiencing for the first half of the year. So now that I was able to pinpoint the factors behind my weight gain, I was able to come up with a plan which I am hoping I can attain.

1. Unhealthy eating habits

Actually for this one, I have started avoiding softdrinks starting June. But
most of the time I end up drinking one to two glasses. But now, I am firm in my
resolve to eat healthily. Our meals would only include fish and veggies. Since I
am the meal planner and the one who is going to the market, the success of this
plan would be based on me 100%.

2. Lack of Exercise

In addition to my treadmill which the hubby bought for me last May, I bought
another exercise gadget which causes me headache last Friday and Saturday. But
after all the headaches I am using it now and I do hope it would help me a lot.
My older brother is requesting me to buy a punching bag. Actually I wanted that
for so long but unfortunately the husband does not want me to buy one. And my
rheuma also told me to avoid exercise that requires contact like kick boxing etc
because I am drinking coumadin, a blood thining med. Slight contact will lead to
bruises. So I am still thinking if I would buy one.

The hubby suggested to buy a portable sauna for the reason
that sauna after workout in Fitness First last 2005 have helped me a
lot, health wise. I already negotiated with the seller and I am buying one this
week for Php 13,500. The only thing missing is the weekly body massage. Actually
I already know who to contact for home service massage but I
can't find the right time. Will I should be having massage during Anevay's nap
time or when Anevay is asleep at night. The home service massage accepts
customer calls until 11 pm. Until now I am still undecided.

3. Lack of sleep.

Every since I become a mother, my sleeping behavior changes. I constantly
wake up to check Anevay. And she also asked for milk twice during the course of
our sleep. Add to this is the husband being away and having the five hours
difference in time zone. If we get the chance to chat, if he is not busy during
his workday, our chats would be from 10Pm onwards. That is 5pm his time. And of
course, I BLOG and SURF and WATCH ONLINE. Not to mention that opps sometimes
shows up during midnight. lol!

Knowing this, I revised my sched. Chats with hubby during the night are rare
nowadays because he is been pretty busy with his field work and the badminton
tournament organized by their organization- ITP so I told myself that if hubby
is not online by 10pm, I should be heading to bed. I should also lessen my time
blogging. I come up with my sched, i should go online during the morning after
breakfast to check my email, stats, and if there are available opps. And then
during Anevay afternoon nap just in time for the memes I am participating. And
then at night (in between the time Anevay is asleep until 10 pm) to blog hop.
Good thing my other blog's stat is doing good with minimal promotion from me
(lol!) so I only need to focus on this one.

This is one tough situation I am in. I don't have the choice but to LOSS WEIGHT RIGHT NOW! The CALL is URGENT. And I am doing this because I love my husband and my daughter. And I wanted to be there on there side in the years to come.
