I was loooking for some educational toys for my little princess. Since based on my assesment of her skills, most of the toys she has right now will no longer aid her to advanced forward. So, I scouted for her new toy. I have been eyeing some LEAP FROG toys before in TOYS R US but they are a bit pricey. And the pages can be quickly torn by my daughter or even eaten by her. So its a big no,no for now.
I really wanted to buy her VTECH laptop since she likes to imitate me. She keeps on scratching the keyboard's laptop to mimics me while typing. haha. The hubby was telling me that he too was looking in Kuwait but according to him the laptop are not made of 'steel' and cannot match Anevay's type of play. If you know what I mean. And it would be a waste if we buy an expensive toy and few days later it would be malfunctioning because of course we are thinking the little girl might drop it or worst she would step and jump on it. That's how rugged our daughter is. The daddy is still looking for a suitable gift for her princess. When choosing toy the husband is a bit picky and have a high standard. He considers a lot of factors unlike me who is compulsive. lol!
Kaya when I saw this being sold in EBAY, I quickly bid for it. Later I realized the product might be used already. I don't have a choice anymore, I pushed throught the bidding and I won. I paid Php 1060 for this plus the shipping.
This is one of the few features I like about the laptop. You can see Belle and Cinderella, right ? Avey loves miniature princesses. The screen is in black and white and displays a lot of things. The alphabets, numbers, even pictures of cats etc.
Below you will see that there are three buttons. If you click the read one the themesong of Beauty and the Beast will be played. While the blue one, if for the Cinderella song. The middle one is for the ABC song. When theme from either Cinderella or Beauty and the Beast is played Anevay would sway and even dance with her arms high up just like in a ballet. I am so happy.
The 1k is worth it! I am still planning to buy another one for her. This time it is brand new. I hope I win the bid! Waah! I'm loving EBAY now!

that is just soooo cute!why didn't we have any interesting gadgets like that when we were younger. all i remember having were those game and watch gizmos or the atari and famicom that all the cousins were supposed to 'share' wahahaha! neever worked out that way. hope your daughter enjoys her ney toy!
Aubrey had that laptop din when she was at anevay's age, but its barbie not disney princess, kaya lang, it didnt last din kasi when she knew all about it, nagsawa and she picked all the letters in the keyboard.. pasaway!

sis, thanks sa input on my post re: pag ibig. Actually I'm already planning on filing VL just so I can process our application. Anyway, Kailangan ba talaga si jerry or I can do it thru an SPA? marami nga din ako questions re: POP e. Kasi di updated ng contri si jerry tapos may MPL siya way back 2003 pa yata na di nabayaran kasi nag resign siya sa company. Truth is di ko pa din masyado maintindihan yung POP :) hehehe..
