It's all about ME!

thoughts of MiLeT @ Monday, July 21, 2008
The rules:

A. List these rules on your blog.
B. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog.
C. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
You’ll have to read on for my 7 facts and see who I tagged.

{F.A.C.T.S on Milet}

1. I am the youngest of three offspring. I was the only one born in the province. I had a hard time talking Filipino when I was young since I speak Kapampangan in the house and English in school. But now that I have been living in the Metro for 13 years, when I speak Kapampangan they would say I am 'bulol' speaking the dialect.

2. I lost my parent when I was 15 years old. Mom died because of kidney malfunction and Papa lost his life because of heart attack, a complication of his emphysema. We left our house because of this and started building a new life in Marikina with just the three of us. My brother who is eight years older than me and my sister who is five years older.

3. When I was 21 years old I got my first boyfriend. The next year I was diagnosed with LUPUS. I wanted to break up with him but he was insistent and he never accepted the breakfast to which I am thankful. He is my first and last boyfriend --- my husband.

4. On the first year of having LUPUS, I thought I was going to die. I endured a lot of pain especially while walking, standing and sitting. My life has turn upside down. There was a time that I was spending Php 200/day for meds alone. And Php 100+k for every hospitalization. Because of LUPUS, I was also diagnosed with pleurisy of the lungs, pulmonary embolism, and cyst in the ovary.

5. Despite my doctor's warning, I got pregnant last 2005. We lean on our faith to keep us through. July 23, 2007 at around 1am in UST I gave birth to my daughter. This is also the birthday of my deceased father.

6. On the third month of our daughter, my husband left for Kuwait for work. The work will be the same as the one he is doing here in our country but a higher compensation which also includes a moving in allowance, car allowance and housing allowance. Plus airfare for his family (that's US) and year end bonus. Not to mention being given cash for awards.

7. I decided to become a STAY AT HOME MOM after eight years of succesfully working in one of the leading IT company in the world. And I think aside from marrying my husband, this is one of the greatest decision I have made.

Now I am tagging those are in my blogroll and have not yet been tagged.

Thanks Vannie for this, I enjoyed doing it.
