I changed the title a little bit because right now I am a stay at home mom. But before this stage I was working for eight years. And yes, there are a lot of annoyance that I have encountered so let enumerate them and hopefully I can come up with ten.
1. A superior who cannot handle stress so he/she would put a lot of stress to his/her subordinate.
2. Group members who would not cooperate with a group leader because of envy.
3. Officemate who does not meet the scheduled deadline
4. Subjected to a watchful eye because they would want to witness you fail.
5. System down because my work is always tied up with programs/systems.
6. Working your a$$ off and the credit will be given to other people
7. Sharing ideas during brainstorming session and before you know it somebody from that session will present your idea to the boss.
8. Officemate who force their solution to you claiming that its the best way to go without hearing other ideas or opinions.
9. Handling the analysis, system designed and doing the program and later finding out that your email was deleted because they don't want others to know that you were the one to do all that. Yap. Believe it or not this happens to me!
10. Not getting promoted because of your sickness but despite of that sickness a lot of assignments were assigned to you. Even making you work two positions at a time and coming to the office Saturday and Sunday.
